Cancel purchase / Withdrawal

If you bought Stemhand, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of buying it, without giving a reason and at no cost.

How

1. Tap the button below: it opens an email to info@stemhand.app with the subject "Arrepentimiento de compra".
2. Fill in your purchase email and order number (on the Creem receipt) and send it.
3. We reply within 24 hours with a request number. Creem refunds you to the original payment method and the license key is deactivated.

If the button doesn't open your email app, write to info@stemhand.app with the subject "Arrepentimiento de compra", your purchase email and order number.
